Why you’ll love it

• Baby alpaca blend – silky soft and warm

• Extra large – 76 x 91 in, for the bed or the sofa
• Warm, not heavy – about 3.1 lb
• Made in Ecuador – artisan work from the Andes

Details

• Material: 80% baby alpaca / 20% acrylic — the acrylic keeps the piece soft, washable and in shape for years
• Color: Navy blue and cream, solid
• Size: 76" x 91" (194 x 232 cm)
• Weight: approx. 1,400 g / 3.1 lb
• Features: Reversible, solid colours
• Made in: Ecuador — hand-woven by artisans

“Baby alpaca” is the name of the finest grade of alpaca fibre, not the age of the animal — alpacas are shorn once a year, like sheep.

Warmth

Mid-weight (about 3.1 lb) — warm on the bed in cool weather and easy to use as a sofa throw year-round.

Size & fit

At 76 x 91 in (194 x 232 cm) it covers the top of a queen bed and also works as a generous throw over a large sofa.

Care

• Hand wash cold with a mild detergent (or delicate cycle in a mesh bag)
• Do not bleach or tumble dry
• Lay flat or hang with support to dry, out of direct sun
• Steam or low iron with a cloth if needed

Handmade, so no two are identical. Each piece is woven by hand in Ecuador. Colours can be a shade lighter or darker than on screen, and the texture varies slightly — that is the signature of a real artisan piece, not a flaw.
