Why you’ll love it
Baby alpaca blend – soft and warm
Reversible – deep blue and gray, two looks in one
Fringed edges – a refined finishing touch
Warm, not heavy – about 2.7 lb
Queen size – 98 x 67 in for the bed or the sofa
Details
Material: 80% baby alpaca / 20% acrylic — the acrylic keeps the piece soft, washable and in shape for years
“Baby alpaca” is the name of the finest grade of alpaca fibre, not the age of the animal — alpacas are shorn once a year, like sheep.
Warmth
Mid-weight (about 2.7 lb) — warm on the bed in cool weather and easy to use as a sofa throw year-round.
Size & fit
At 98 x 67 in (248 x 176 cm) it covers the top of a queen bed and works as a generous sofa throw.
Care
Hand wash cold with a mild detergent (or delicate cycle in a mesh bag)
Do not bleach or tumble dry
Lay flat or hang with support to dry, out of direct sun
Steam or low iron with a cloth if needed
Handmade, so no two are identical. Each piece is woven by hand in Ecuador. Colours can be a shade lighter or darker than on screen, and fringe and pattern placement vary slightly — that is the signature of a real artisan piece, not a flaw.
