Extra Large. Solid Olive & Cream. Reversible.

Nulti — named after a rural parish near Cuenca — is a solid olive-green blanket that reverses to cream: two looks in one, in XL and XL Plus.

Handwoven in Otavalo from a baby alpaca wool blend, it does its decorative job on a bed or sofa and its real job — keeping you warm — equally well. Machine washable on a delicate cycle.

Why you’ll love it

  • Extra-large – covers a king bed or a big sofa
  • Reversible – olive green on one side, cream on the other
  • Baby alpaca – soft, warm and naturally lanolin-free
  • A calm, solid colour – easy to pair with patterned bedding
  • Hand-woven in Otavalo – fair-trade artisan work from Ecuador

Details

  • Material: 80% baby alpaca / 20% acrylic — the acrylic keeps the blanket soft, washable and in shape for years
  • XL: 76" x 91" (194 x 232 cm), approx. 1,400 g / 3 lb
  • XL Plus: 83" x 101.5" (210 x 258 cm), approx. 1,550 g / 3.4 lb
  • Weight: see sizes above
  • Colours: Solid olive green, reversing to cream
  • Features: Reversible, two sizes
  • Made in: Otavalo, Ecuador — fair trade, artisan woven

“Baby alpaca” is the name of the finest grade of alpaca fibre, not the age of the animal — alpacas are shorn once a year, like sheep. And it is not a blanket for babies: this is a full-size adult blanket.

Warmth & fit

Mid-weight and generously sized — covers a king bed as a top layer, or two adults on a large sofa with room to spare. Alpaca keeps you warm in winter without overheating, and the reversible weave gives you two looks in one.

Care

  • Hand wash cold with a mild detergent (or delicate cycle in a mesh bag)
  • Do not bleach or tumble dry
  • Lay flat or hang with support to dry, out of direct sun
  • Steam or low iron with a cloth if needed

Handmade, so no two are identical. Each piece is woven and dyed by hand in Otavalo, Ecuador. Colours can be a shade lighter or darker than on screen, and fringe and pattern placement vary slightly — that is the signature of a real artisan piece, not a flaw.

Shipping & gift. Dispatched from Ecuador within 1 business day. US orders travel FedEx Express — typically at your door in 3–5 business days, duties covered. We ship worldwide by express courier (DHL, FedEx or UPS), typically 3–10 business days; local duties and taxes may apply outside the US. Every order includes a small surprise from Ecuador.
