A bold, warm hooded poncho in llama wool: a charcoal-black ground with four vertical bands of red diamond motifs, a matching diamond-patterned hood and a short red-and-black fringe.

Nina means “fire” in Kichwa, the language spoken by our weavers in Otavalo.

Red diamonds glowing on black like embers in a fire — this is the classic Andean pull-over poncho, woven densely for real warmth. The hood has a wide plain rim to frame the face, the neck closes with two natural buttons and loops, and the short fringe keeps the hem neat. Wear it on a cold morning walk, by the fire pit or over a jacket when the temperature drops; it looks just as good with jeans and boots in town.
